At SkinOS, we are committed to providing advanced skincare that brings visible improvements to your skin. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your needs or expectations, so we’ve designed our refund and return policy to be simple and transparent.
We offer a 90-day results guarantee, which means you have 90 days after receiving your item to request a refund if you don’t see improvements in your skin.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund under our guarantee:
- The PDRN Micro-Infusion System must be used as instructed.
- You’ll need to provide before-and-after photos after each application within the 90-day period.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.
How to Initiate a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@useskinos.com. Include your order number and your progress photos. Our team will review your request and confirm eligibility under the 90-day results guarantee.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g. defective, damaged, or incorrect item).
- Once your refund is approved, we’ll send you return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect your item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing components, please contact us at support@useskinos.com within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement free of charge.
Refund Process
Refunds are only available for purchases made directly from useskinos.com.
- Once we confirm eligibility and receive the returned product, you’ll be notified of approval or denial.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, though it may take longer depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like to order a different item, please follow the refund process above and place a new order.
Return Denial
SkinOS reserves the right to deny refunds or returns that do not meet the guidelines of this policy, including missing photo documentation, exceeding the 90-day window, or misuse of the product.
Order Modification / Cancellation Policy
Our team works quickly to prepare orders for shipment, sometimes within just a few hours. Because of this, changes or cancellations may not always be possible. Please contact us at support@useskinos.com as soon as possible if you need to update or cancel your order, and we’ll do our best to assist.
