Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at support@useskinos.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once your order has entered the shipping queue.

Order Cancellation

We work hard to dispatch your order quickly. You have a 2-hour window after placing your order to request a cancellation. To cancel, please contact our customer support team at support@useskinos.com with your order number. If your order has already entered processing, it cannot be cancelled.
